Life can be like a Ferris wheel. Sometimes you are up on top; sky is the limit, ruler of the world. Sometimes you are down, close to the ground, nothing much to see or do there.
And sometimes the machinery stalls or breaks down (which does not occur often but can happen). Whether you riding on top or swinging your war down, you would not want to remain stuck in such a precarious position.
It is not uncommon to be calling for help to get your feet back on something solid.

In an earlier Outsourcing Opinions article, Outsourcing: People Matters, it was reported that the employee attrition rate in India’s business processing industry is the highest at 23.5 percent when compared to other industries.
But recent figures show that the high figure appears to have dropped down to 20 percent, and in the coming quarters, industry insiders foresee a chance for the rate to drop lower.

Outsourcing – Fear Pressure

Who is afraid of the worldwide economic meltdown? Please roll your eyes up to a petrified white.
Myself, I do not feel so much affected by what is happening in the news regarding the credit crunch (I don’t own a credit card and have never taken out a loan) and of the fluctuating stock values (I don’t put much stock in “stocks”). Though I do care about the prices in those regular commodities such as food and utilities, I’ve learned to manage with less and value the simple life.
