Important Outsourcing Rules in Indonesia

Last 2012, Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration (MOMT) issued MOMT Regulation No. 19 of 2012 on November 12. This memorandum covers important new rules in the outsourcing industry of the country.
Regulation No. 19 covers two types of outsourcing: business process outsourcing and manpower outsourcing.
