The Business Process Association of the Philippines (BPAP) reaffirms with confidence that the country’s sunshine industry will grow.

Companies, especially from the United States, depend on outsourcing to effectively cut-cost in operations, improve efficiency, and heighten competitiveness of their brands, products and services.

The country’s outsourcing market is not only limited to the United States.

The Cebu Investment Promotions Center (CIPC) announced earlier that it is collaborating with the European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ECCP) to launch a dynamic promotional campaign to appeal companies in Europe to invest and outsource in Cebu.

Several European companies have already opened satellite centers and offices here in Cebu with its position as an emerged global business process outsourcing (BPO) destination in the.

Also, the industry is tapping the domestic market in the country and the Asian region as local companies outsource operations, such as customer service and market research.
