The biggest India-based BPO firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) launched its business process outsourcing Global Network Delivery Model facility in the Philippines, confident in the country’s leading performance in the global outsourcing industry.

The new TCS facility would capitalize on the large pool of skilled BPO talent available in the Philippines.
