A business thrives when its community also thrives. Entrepreneurs and executives should include corporate social responsibility into their organizations’ business agenda.
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) must be an integral part of an organization’s business operations. A company cannot exclude itself from societal issues of the community and its consumers/customers.

Outsourcing – The Pope’s Benediction on Global Business

Early last July 2009, His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI received flak on some of his words in his “Charity in Truth” that can be argued as “anti-outsourcing”.
Despite my curiousity, it took me awhile to get to reading the Pope’s encyclical letter to determine whether or not the Holy Father of the Roman Catholic church approves on outsourcing.
